HP Support - Upgraded to big 'ol crap Manwich

Nearly two months ago now, I posted about how crappy HP's support was. I just wanted to write an update to say that my HP box never showed up and the reference number that the support rep gave me (and then emailed to me) is invalid. Perhaps the customer service person read my post, realized that they sucked at life, and quit. Or perhaps, maybe they just suck at life. Anyway, screw 'em. I'm just going to use my USB mouse for now and my next laptop isn't going to be from HP.
