I just got this email from Madeline. Now I don't want to get my hopes up because I'm sure she'll deny ever sending it, but it's definitely a step in the right direction...
Ross, Is it ok if I pay pal you the security deposit to your account on the 15th?
minus any damages, which I do not know because I have not been in the room.
Also can you make sure the room is cleaned and in the condition it was when you arrived?
My Mom will be staying with me.
